- Growth and effort. We celebrate the attempt, learning, and perseverance.

- Safety and well-being. Supervised training, first aid protocols, attendance control, and authorized departures.
- Respectful environment. Zero tolerance for offensive language/attitudes; we all take care of the educational climate.
- Comprehensive development. Periodic evaluations (technical, physical, and psycho-social) and clear feedback to families.
- Privacy and data. Responsible use of images and information in accordance with consent.
For players
- Play fair, respect teammates, rivals, referees, and coaches.
- Accept the referee’s decisions and be humble in victory and defeat.
- Listen to and respond to the coach’s instructions.
If not fulfilled: apologies, formal warning, exclusion from parts of training, or suspension.
For families and the public
- Remember that children play for fun and development.
- Always respect referees and coaches; do not “coach from the stands”.
- Encourage the effort of both teams; no offensive language.
- Responsible and respectful use online.
- Offensive, abusive, racist, or harmful messages are prohibited; they may lead to disciplinary measures.
- Parents/guardians should be aware of protection guidelines and resources and, if in doubt, contact the club’s welfare officer.
- Two-adult rule in club activities/transfers.
- Check-in / check-out: entry and exit recorded with designated person.
- Incidents and confidentiality: anonymous channel and clear reporting procedure.
- Health: updated medical records, hydration and climate protocols.
- Image and data: informed consent for photo/video and publication.
- Direct notifications: calendars, changes, reminders, and medical notices.
- Single channel for questions, suggestions, and procedures (registrations/payments).
- Clear methodology: Continuous and visible improvement plan for each child.
- Trained coaches. Close and coherent support with the club’s model.

The Real Avilés Brownsville Soccer Academy is born from the official collaboration between Fresamex Sports Management and the historic Spanish club Real Avilés Industrial, with the purpose of offering a high-level training experience to young soccer players in South Texas. We offer a unique experience for young local soccer players, combining the methods and values of European training with a structure adapted to the needs of the American environment. Training in our academy is living soccer with passion, discipline, and a vision for the future.

Our program is based on a progressive methodology that adapts soccer to the needs and rhythms of each child. Through games, circuits, and mini-challenges, we encourage technical development from enjoyment, without pressure, with an active and participatory approach.
Ball control
They learn to move with safety, balance, and control using different parts of the foot. They become familiar with the ball as an extension of their body.
Turns and changes of direction
We incorporate playful exercises so they learn to move with agility, escape rivals, and explore space with creativity.
Passing and receiving
They develop the collective sense of the game: look before acting, share the ball, and communicate with their teammates.
Dribbling and leading
They stimulate their autonomy and confidence to advance with the ball, dodge opponents, and decide when to accelerate or protect.

We teach multiple ways to finish plays, with emphasis on decision, courage, and celebration of the attempt.
