- Respect and fair play. The integrity of the game is more important than the result; we are all responsible for creating a safe and fun environment.
- Growth and effort. We celebrate the attempt, learning, and perseverance.
- Community and belonging. Families, coaches, and children are all rowing in the same direction.
- Transparency. Clear rules, direct communication, and open consultation channels.
- Safety and well-being. Supervised training, first aid protocols, attendance control, and authorized departures.
- Respectful environment. Zero tolerance for offensive language/attitudes; we all take care of the educational climate.
- Comprehensive development. Periodic evaluations (technical, physical, and psycho-social) and clear feedback to families.
- Privacy and data. Responsible use of images and information in accordance with consent.
For players
- Play fair, respect teammates, rivals, referees, and coaches.
- Accept the referee’s decisions and be humble in victory and defeat.
- Listen to and respond to the coach’s instructions.
If not fulfilled: apologies, formal warning, exclusion from parts of training, or suspension.
For families and the public
- Remember that children play for fun and development.
- Always respect referees and coaches; do not “coach from the stands”.
- Encourage the effort of both teams; no offensive language.
- Responsible and respectful use online.
- Offensive, abusive, racist, or harmful messages are prohibited; they may lead to disciplinary measures.
- Parents/guardians should be aware of protection guidelines and resources and, if in doubt, contact the club’s welfare officer.
- Two-adult rule in club activities/transfers.
- Check-in / check-out: entry and exit recorded with designated person.
- Incidents and confidentiality: anonymous channel and clear reporting procedure.
- Health: updated medical records, hydration and climate protocols.
- Image and data: informed consent for photo/video and publication.
- Direct notifications: calendars, changes, reminders, and medical notices.
- Single channel for questions, suggestions, and procedures (registrations/payments).
- Clear methodology: Continuous and visible improvement plan for each child.
- Trained coaches. Close and coherent support with the club’s model.
- Safe and positive environment. Explicit rules, protocols, and culture of respect.
